Manage logs for the Aurora Protect Desktop agent
- In the management console, on the menu bar, click Assets > Devices.
- Click a device.
- Do any of the following:
- If you want to change the log level, in the Agent Logging Level drop-down list, click the log level.
If you change the log level to verbose, see Enable verbose logging on an Aurora Protect Desktop device.
- To obtain the Aurora Protect Desktop agent log file, under Threats & Activities, on the Agent Logs tab, click Upload Current Log File. This option is available only if the device is online.
- If you want to change the log level, in the Agent Logging Level drop-down list, click the log level.
