The Arctic Wolf® Managed Service Provider (MSP) Portal is a centralized multi-tenant interface that allows you to check the status of all customer organizations and download the reports that organizations receive from Arctic Wolf.

MSP privileges are assigned to contacts in MSP organizations or parent companies that manage the security posture of subsidiary organizations. As a contact with MSP privileges, when you sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal, you will be directed to the MSP Portal. The MSP Portal provides a centralized view of all customer organizations visible to you, based on your assigned permissions. The portal is designed to help you make data-driven decisions when prioritizing customer support tasks.
