Enable verbose logging on an Aurora Protect Desktop device

In the management console, set the Aurora Protect Desktop agent log level to verbose.
Follow the steps for the device OS:

  1. Right-click the agent icon in the system tray and click Exit.
  2. Open the command line as an administrator.
  3. Run the following command:
    CODE 
    cd C:\Program Files\Cylance\Desktop
  4. Run the following command:
    CODE 
    CylanceUI.exe -a
  5. Right-click the agent icon in the system tray and click Logging > All.

macOS
  1. Exit the currently running user interface.
  2. Execute the following command from terminal:
    CODE 
    sudo /Applications/Cylance/CylancePROTECTUI.app/Contents/MacOS/CylancePROTECTUI.-a
  3. Right-click the agent icon in the system tray and select Logging > All.
