Enable verbose logging on Linux devices

Enable verbose logging when troubleshooting issues with the Aurora Protect agent or if Arctic Wolf support requests it.

Available log levels include:
  • 0: Error
  • 1: Warning
  • 2: Information
  • 3: Verbose

Use verbose logging for troubleshooting only, as it creates a larger log file.

  1. In the command line, run this command to view the current logging level:
    CMD 
    /opt/cylance/desktop/cylance -l
  2. Run this command to enable verbose logging:
    CMD 
    /opt/cylance/desktop/cylance -L 3
