Upload agent log files

Upload Aurora Protect agent log files from a device for troubleshooting.

The Aurora Protect agent log files provide useful information for troubleshooting issues. The Aurora Endpoint Security console retains agent log files for 30 days.

The device must have online status. For more information about device status, see Device lifecycle management.

Sign in to the Aurora Endpoint Security console.
Click Assets > Devices.
Click a device.
In the Threats & Activities section, on the Agent Logs tab, click Upload Current Log File.
