View related tickets
You can review incident tickets that may be related to each other to assist with investigations and improve your security posture.
- Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
- In the navigation menu, click
Tickets & Alerts > All Tickets.
- Find an incident ticket that you want to view.
- Click the Subject or Ticket # of the ticket.
- Click one of these tabs:
- Evidence Navigator — To view live updates about events in your network that are related to the selected ticket. Tickets for the same events are automatically aggregated. We manually merge similar events.
- Related Tickets — To view recent tickets that are related to the selected ticket.
Note: This tab is not available for all tickets.
