View related tickets

You can review incident tickets that may be related to each other to assist with investigations and improve your security posture.

  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Tickets & Alerts > All Tickets.
  3. Find an incident ticket that you want to view.
  4. Click the Subject or Ticket # of the ticket.
  5. Click one of these tabs:
    • Evidence Navigator — To view live updates about events in your network that are related to the selected ticket. Tickets for the same events are automatically aggregated. We manually merge similar events.
    • Related Tickets — To view recent tickets that are related to the selected ticket.
      Note: This tab is not available for all tickets.
