Arctic Wolf® supports ticket integrations between the ticket management system in the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal and your IT service management (ITSM) software.
Ticket integrations let you work from a centralized environment, making workflows and communication with your Concierge Security® Team (CST) more efficient.
