The Arctic Wolf® 管理サービスプロバイダー（MSP）ポータル is a centralized multi-tenant interface that allows you to check the status of all customer organizations, download reports, and manage user access.

MSP privileges are assigned to contacts in MSP organizations or parent companies that manage the security posture of subsidiary organizations. As a contact with MSP privileges, when you sign in to the Arctic Wolf 統合ポータル, you will be directed to the MSP ポータル. The MSP ポータル provides a centralized view of all customer organizations visible to you, based on your assigned permissions. The portal is designed to help you make data-driven decisions when prioritizing customer support tasks.

You can also use User Management to invite users, assign roles and organizations, and manage user access to the 統合ポータル.
