In the New Integration section, in the Integration Type list, select CSV Upload.
Download and complete the CSV enrollment file:
In the New Integration section of the MA Portal, click View Example CSV File to download a sample formatted CSV enrollment file.
Save the downloaded CSV file on your computer.
Open the saved CSV file and enter user information. Make sure the CSV file includes user information for these columns in this order, from left to right:

Make sure that the manager fields are completed and that the Manager Status Report email is enabled.
