Update the client secret for your ServiceNow integration

  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Organization Profile > Integrations.
  3. Click the ITSM tab.
  4. In the Settings section, under Webhook URL and Token, click Generate New Token.
    Synchronizations stops.
  5. In your ServiceNow instance, in the Filter navigator bar, enter sys_properties.list.
  6. On the System Properties page, click ArcticWolf_ENDPOINT_WEBHOOK_TOKEN.
  7. In the Value field, update the client token.
  8. Select Ignore cache, if it is not already selected.
  9. Click Update.
