Note:
  • Sideload detection is not supported for iOS 17.5 and later.
  • On iOS devices, backup and restore is not supported for the Aurora Protect Mobile app.

Supported device browsers
Latest version of:
  • Android: Google Chrome, Samsung Internet, Firefox, Brave
  • iOS: Safari

Device configuration
  • Instruct users to enable JavaScript in their default mobile browser. This is required to activate the Aurora Protect Mobile app.
  • Instruct Android users to allow background activity for the Aurora Protect Mobile app after it is installed.
