Reset an Aurora Endpoint Security tenant configuration

You can reset your current tenant to the recommended default settings.

When you reset the tenant configuration to the default settings, the current configuration, including any association between devices and device policies and zones, is removed and cannot be recovered.

Details of the reset are written to the audit log.

  1. In the Endpoint Defense management console, on the menu bar, click Settings > Tenant Settings.
    For more information, see Access the Aurora Endpoint Defense console.
  2. Click Reset.
  3. In the confirmation field, enter reset.
  4. Click Reset.
  5. Confirm the reset.
    If the process fails, any changes that were applied to the tenant are rolled back.
