Import an Aurora Endpoint Security tenant configuration

You can import configuration settings that you exported from an existing Aurora Endpoint Security tenant into a new tenant.

Importing a tenant configuration overwrites the current configuration of a tenant, including any association between devices and device policies and zones. The previous configuration cannot be recovered.

Details of the import are written to the audit log.

Export an Aurora Endpoint Security tenant configuration
  1. In the Endpoint Defense management console, on the menu bar, click Settings > Tenant Settings.
    For more information, see Access the Aurora Endpoint Defense console.
  2. Click Import.
  3. Browse to and select the configuration .zip file.
  4. In the confirmation field, enter import.
  5. Click Import.
  6. Confirm the import.
    If the process fails, any changes that were applied to the tenant are rolled back.
