For partially locked Windows devices, you can remotely unlock the endpoint to restore normal user access after it has been locked.

1. In the management console, on the menu bar, click Focus > Devices.
2. Click the device name.
3. In the Select Action drop-down list, click Unlock Device.
4. Confirm that you want to unlock the device.
