View subscriptions

View information about your Arctic Wolf Unified Portal service subscriptions and licenses in one centralized location. In the Unified Portal, a subscription refers to a purchased Arctic Wolfservice, while a license specifies the capacity or quantity of assets covered by that service.

You can use the Subscriptions page to review active service terms, track license usage, and verify the status of your cybersecurity solutions. This page provides self-service access to entitlement information, reducing the need to contact your Concierge Security® Team (CST) for basic subscription details.

  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Organization Profile > Subscriptions.
  3. On the Subscriptions page, click next to a subscription name to view these details:
    • Subscription ID — The unique identifier for the service agreement.
    • Status — The current state of the subscription, for example, Active or Expired.
    • Term Dates — The start and end dates for the current service period.
    • License Details — The specific entitlements for the service, such as the number of protected users, sensors, scanners, or log collectors.
    • Usage — The current consumption of licensed assets against your total entitlement.
  4. Click Contact Us and submit a ticket to Arctic Wolf.

    Consider submitting a ticket if you need to perform any of these actions related to your licenses:

    • Request a license increase to cover additional assets or users in your environment.
    • Report a discrepancy between your actual asset count and the license usage shown in the portal.
    • Inquire about upcoming subscription renewals or service changes.
    • Clarify billing details or service levels associated with a specific license type.
