Arctic Wolf mobile app

The Arctic Wolf mobile app gives you access to key Unified Portal features from your Android device, so you can access security operations on the go.

Supported platforms

The mobile app is available for:

  • Android 12 or later

Note: The mobile app for iOS will be available soon. iOS 17.4 and above will be supported.

Download the Arctic Wolf app from the Google Play Store, or your organization's approved mobile app catalog.

Supported features

The mobile app supports the following Unified Portal features:

  • Security dashboard — View high-level summaries of security services and telemetry health.

  • Cases and tickets — View, manage, and take quick actions on investigations, support tickets, and tasks, including reassigning, closing, and changing status.

  • Managed risk — Review your Risk Exposure Score, risk severity, remediation status, and top risks.

  • Monitoring — View the sensors, scanners, and agents associated with your account and filter by status.

  • Reports — View security reports as PDFs on your device.

  • Quick actions — Respond to tickets, open support requests, and decommission sensors.

  • Account information — View your settings and Arctic Wolf service team contact details.

Features that require the portal

Some Unified Portal features are only available from a desktop browser, including:

  • Data Explorer and Raw Log Search

  • Custom alerts

  • Organization profile settings and user management

  • Integrations and log forwarding configuration
