You can view the email address and history of completed Arctic Wolf Managed Security Awareness® (MA) sessions for users within your organization. For example, you can view the awareness sessions, quizzes, and phishing simulation remediation sessions sent to each user, when they were sent, and when the user completed them.

1. Sign in to the MA Portal.
2. In the menu bar, click Administration Dashboard.
3. Click the User Information tab.
4. In the Search field, enter the name of the user.
5. Click View History next to the user.

   The results of each assigned session or quiz displays for the selected user in the User Session History window.

6. Optional: Manage user completion. For each desired assignment, in the Actions column, click one of these options:
   • Resend — Resend the assignment email to the user.
   • Unassign — Remove the session from the user history.
   • Complete — Marks the assignment as complete for the user.
