Delete the custom schedule of Managed Awareness content

You can delete the delivery of custom scheduled content awareness sessions, quizzes, and phishing simulations. This cancels the scheduled delivery of the content you have previously scheduled to send to one or more users in your Managed Security Awareness® (MA) program.

Note:

These resources are required:

  • One of these:
    • A Managed Security Awareness Plus (MA+) license
    • A Compliance Content Pack (CCP) license
  1. Sign in to the MA Portal.
  2. In the menu bar, click Administrator Dashboard.
  3. On the Session Information tab, under Content Schedule locate the scheduled content to modify.
    Note: You can filter scheduled content by clicking , and then select Scheduled from the Status menu.
  4. Under Actions, click > Delete.
    Note: Click Cancel to exit the dialog without deleting the scheduled delivery.
  5. On the dialog, click Ok to delete the scheduled delivery.
    The scheduled delivery is removed from the Content Schedule list.
