Create a Unified Portal ticket

  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. To open a new ticket, click Open a New Ticket.
  3. Fill out the ticket form:
    • What is this ticket related to? — Select one of these options:
      • General request — Select for non-urgent requests.
      • A security emergency — Select if one or more of your systems or user accounts are breached. If your organization has purchased a service other than Arctic Wolf Incident Response (IR) and you require immediate assistance with a security emergency, call Arctic Wolf at +1-888-272-8429.
      • Technical support assistance — Select if you need help with a network issue, a service failure, troubleshooting, or IP address reconfiguration.
    • Security Emergency Type — Select the type of emergency. This only appears if you selected A security emergency and Arctic Wolf Incident Response (IR) is the only Arctic Wolf service your organization has purchased.
    • Subject — Enter a short description of your request.
    • Related ticketOptional: Enter the number of a related ticket.
    • Message — Enter your request. Make sure it includes any relevant details.
    • Choose a FileOptional: To add supporting files, click and drag one or more files to the attachment area.
      Note:
      • If attaching the file fails:
        1. Compress the file, and then try attaching the file again.
        2. If the file still cannot be attached, create a ticket, and then contact your Concierge Security® Team (CST) at security@arcticwolf.com.
      • File upload size is limited to 20MB.
  4. Click Send Message.
