General request — Select for non-urgent requests.
A security emergency — Select if one or more of your systems or user accounts are breached. If your organization has purchased a service other than Arctic Wolf Incident Response (IR) and you require immediate assistance with a security emergency, call Arctic Wolf at +1-888-272-8429.
Technical support assistance — Select if you need help with a network issue, a service failure, troubleshooting, or IP address reconfiguration.
Security Emergency Type — Select the type of emergency. This only appears if you selected A security emergency and Arctic Wolf Incident Response (IR) is the only Arctic Wolf service your organization has purchased.
Subject — Enter a short description of your request.
Related ticket — Optional: Enter the number of a related ticket.
Message — Enter your request. Make sure it includes any relevant details.
Choose a File — Optional: To add supporting files, click and drag one or more files to the attachment area.

If attaching the file fails:
Compress the file, and then try attaching the file again.
If the file still cannot be attached, create a ticket, and then contact your Concierge Security® Team (CST) at security@arcticwolf.com.
