Arctic Wolf Managed Security Awareness® (MA) program sessions are sent by email on your configured delivery day. Each email contains a link that active users click to launch the MA session. Users receive approximately 43 sessions each year.

You can manage MA sessions in these ways:

• Preview upcoming MA program content
• Mute an upcoming session
• View or manage user completion of sessions
• Assign a session to an individual user
• Manage incomplete session reminders
• Change the session delivery day
• Send a test email
• Download the MA program session history
• Resend an Arctic Wolf awareness session or quiz

If you have a Managed Security Awareness Plus (MA+) license you can also:

• Assign a session to all users
• Select a security awareness track
• Edit the custom schedule of Managed Awareness content
• Delete the custom schedule of Managed Awareness content
