Ticket statuses in the Ticket API specification map to these statuses in the 統合ポータル.
The statuses in your ITSM tool may differ from those in the Ticket API and 統合ポータル. You can customize the mapping when you build an integration, including mapping multiple statuses in your tool to one of the Ticket API statuses.
