Ticket status mapping

Use this information to align your ITSM ticket statuses with the Ticket API and 統合ポータル status values when building an integration.

You can customize the mapping when you build an integration, including mapping multiple statuses in your tool to one of the Ticket API statuses.

Ticket status behavior using the Ticket API is similar, but not the same as the 統合ポータル. For example, if you post a comment using the Ticket API, the ticket maintains the same status as opposed to automatically moving to a status of With Arctic Wolf.
