Arctic Wolf Ticket API

Arctic Wolf® supports ticket integrations between the ticket management system in the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal and your IT service management (ITSM) software.

Ticket integrations let you work from a centralized environment, making workflows and communication with your Concierge Security® Team (CST) more efficient.
Note:
  • The Arctic Wolf Ticket API provides a two-way pull integration. For webhook integrations, see ITSM ticket synchronization.

  • Due to the custom nature of each integration, Arctic Wolf can only provide technical support in accessing the specifications documentation and creating a personal API key. The technical staff at your organization is responsible for creating integrations, as they know your tooling best.
