Ticket status mapping
Ticket statuses in the Ticket API specification map to these statuses in the Unified Portal.
The statuses in your ITSM tool may differ from those in the Ticket API and Unified Portal. You can customize the mapping when you build an integration, including mapping multiple statuses in your tool to one of the Ticket API statuses.
