Generate customer reports

Generate the reports that organizations receive from Arctic Wolf®.

The Reports page allows you access and generate the reports for your organizations previous month. From here, you can generate reports for a customer, without having to access the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal. To access reports for all customers, see View customer reports.
  1. Sign in to the MSP Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Reports.
  3. In the Organization list, select an organization.
  4. Click Available Reports.
  5. Locate the report you would like to generate, for example Monthly Executive Ticket Summary, and then click Generate.
    Note:

    Reports can take time to generate. You can view the status of a report in the Status column.

  6. Optional: To view previously generated reports, click Reports History. You can re-download any report with the status Successfully Generated.
    Tip: Click and then Request Review to open a ticket with Arctic Wolf.

Table column descriptions

On the Reports page of the MSP Portal, the Reports table has these columns:

Title
The name of the report. The report options are:
  • Monthly Executive Ticket Summary — A summary report of one month of data for a single customer.
  • Monthly Ticket Summary Aggregate — An aggregate summary report of one month of data for the MSP.
File format
The format of the generated report, for example, PDF.
Reporting Period
The month and year of the report, for example, February 2026.
Status
The status of the report. Report generation can take time to complete. Possible values are:
  • Ready to Generate — A report that can be generated.
  • Generation in Progress — A report that is in the process of generating. When complete, the status will change to Successfully Generated.
  • Successfully Generated — A report that has been generated and can be viewed.
  • Successfully to Customer — A report that has been successfully generated and sent to the customer.
