Generate customer ticket insights

You can view daily insights for up to the top five ticket priorities from Arctic Wolf® in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) Portal.

The Ticket Insights allows you view up to the top five ticket priorities daily and provides an AI-generated summary of the ticket details for both MSP and MSP Plus customers. These insights can be viewed in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) Portal, but cannot be downloaded.
  1. Sign in to the MSP Portal.
  2. Click Generate Insights.
    The Top Ticket Priorities window opens.
  3. Optional: Click Ticket Details to view the summary and actions required.
    Note: The daily ticket insights are based on the past 30 days of tickets across all MSPs and MSP child organizations.
