End users can use the Arctic Wolf Managed Security Awareness® (MA) app, located in the message action bar, to report suspicious emails as phishing.

1. Open the Outlook application on your device or in a web browser.
2. In your inbox, click the title of an email to report it as phishing.
3. If you do not see the Arctic Wolf add-in on the message actions toolbar, complete the appropriate Use an add-in in Outlook procedure for your Outlook client:
   • New Outlook
   • Classic Outlook
   • Outlook for Mac
   • Outlook on the web
   Note: Depending on your version of Outlook, you may be able to customize the message actions toolbar to access the Arctic Wolf add-in on the toolbar instead of in the Apps menu.
4. On the message actions toolbar or in the Apps menu, click Arctic Wolf or the Arctic Wolf logo.
5. In the confirmation message, click Yes.
   The reported email is moved to the junk folder in Outlook.
