Report Email button
If your organization uses Microsoft 365 as their email service, you have access to these Arctic Wolf Managed Security Awareness® (MA) phishing features:
- Reported Phishing page — Enables you to edit the Report Email button settings, permissions, and view analytics.
- Report Email button — Enables users to report an email in Microsoft Office 365 as a phishing attempt. This button is located in the toolbar in Outlook. It can also be added to the Outlook web app (OWA).
You can manage phishing simulations in these ways:
- View the Reported Phishing page
- View reported emails
- Edit Phishing Button settings
- Move reported emails to the junk folder
- Review reported emails
- Review user-reported emails
- Acknowledge a reported email
- Track a suspicious email using a Graph Message ID
- Test the Entra ID Report Email button app registration

Note: If you have a Managed Security Awareness (MA) Plus license and you enabled phishing simulations, users are sent a phishing simulation email on a regular schedule that they can interact with. When a user receives the phishing simulation email they can do one of these actions:
- Ignore the email
- Delete the email
- Report the email
- Click the link in the email
