This information only applies to incomplete compliance training courses. If you do not have a Compliance Content Pack (CCP) license, you can manage reminders for incomplete Managed Security Awareness® (MA) program sessions. See Manage incomplete session reminders for more information.
You can adjust the frequency and the urgency language of emails that are sent to users when training courses are incomplete. You can configure the settings differently depending on how many incomplete training courses a user has. For example, if you have users with a high number of incomplete training courses, you can increase the frequency of email reminders to those users.
These resources are required:
- A Compliance Content Pack (CCP) license
- Sign in to the MA Portal.
- In the menu bar, click Compliance.
- Click the Compliance Incomplete Session Manager tab.
- Click the Enable User Status Reports toggle to the off or on position as needed.
- Optional: Click the Send User Status Reports toggle to the on or off position as needed to customize the frequency that users will receive the User Status Report email.
- For each applicable column, select the required Frequency of Email option:
- Monthly (1st)
- Bi-Monthly (1st, 15th)
- Weekly (Monday)
- Daily
- For each applicable column, in the list, select the required Urgency of Email:
Tip:
Click the User Compliance Status Report - Positive, User Compliance Status Report - Low , User Compliance Status Report - Moderate, or User Compliance Status Report - High tab to preview the email that is sent depending on the Urgency of Email setting.
- Optional: To download a CSV file with a list of users with incomplete compliance sessions:
- In the Number of Users row, locate the column with the number of incomplete compliance sessions you would like the CSV file for.
- Click the number to download the CSV file. The file includes:
- User name
- User email
- Date the compliance session was sent
- Title of the compliance session
- Session status
- Manager name
- Manager email
