Integrate your ITSM solution with the Unified Portal

You can integrate your IT service management (ITSM) solution with the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal. With this integration, you can create tickets in your ITSM software for risks to help you track risk remediation.

These resources are required:
  • ConnectWise or ServiceNow ITSM solution
  • Your ITSM credentials
  • Your assignment group ID and ticket mapping details
  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Organization Profile > Notification Preferences.
  3. Click the ITSM tab.
  4. Configure your ServiceNow or ServiceNow ITSM software.

  5. In the navigation menu, click Organization Profile > Notification Preferences.
  6. Select the ITSM checkbox.
  7. Click Save Preferences.
  8. In the navigation menu, click Managed Risk > Risks.
    The Create ITSM Ticket button is now available for you to create tickets against risks in the Risks table. Also, the ITSM Ticket ID and ITSM Ticket Status columns are now visible in the Risks table.
