Access the Onboarding Portal in the MDR Dashboard to complete your profile.

1. Sign in to the MDR Dashboard.
2. Click the Onboarding tab.
   Tip:

   This is the default tab that loads while you are onboarding. It is only available to users that are onboarding.

3. For each section in the Onboarding Portal, complete the required tasks:
   Note:

   All sections must be marked as complete before you submit your customer profile, but sections do not need to be completed in order.

   • Contacts
     • Add contacts to the contact list
   • Site Configuration
     • Add sites to the site list
     • Configure your sensor list
     • Configure your physical scanner list
     • Configure virtual sensors
     • Configure virtual scanners
   • Endpoint Configuration
     • Configure endpoint security solutions
     • Configure endpoint agent settings
   • Cloud Configuration
     • Configure connected cloud accounts
     • Configure approved login countries
   • Internet Exposure
     • Configure external scan hosts
     • Configure vulnerability scans
4. When all sections are marked as complete, submit the data to Arctic Wolf:
   1. Click Submit Information.
   2. Click Confirm.

      Your customer profile information is submitted to Arctic Wolf. The Onboarding tab is no longer available in the MDR Dashboard.
