Select a security awareness track

The Managed Security Awareness Plus (MA+) license

  • Deutsch — A selection of replayed awareness sessions and quizzes in German.
    Note:

    Selecting this track sets the default phishing simulation language to German.

  • Education — Quarterly sessions focused on users in education. Sessions are uploaded and assigned from the Content Library.
  • Financial Institution — Quarterly sessions focused on users in finance and banking. Sessions are uploaded and assigned from the Content Library.
  • Government — Quarterly sessions focused on users in the government. Sessions are uploaded and assigned from the Content Library.
  • Healthcare — Quarterly sessions focused on users in healthcare. Sessions are uploaded and assigned from the Content Library.
  • Legal — Quarterly sessions focused on users in the legal industry. Sessions are uploaded and assigned from the Content Library.
  • Standard — Default track without an industry specific track.

These resources are required:

  • A Managed Security Awareness Plus (MA+) license
  1. Sign in to the MA Portal.
  2. In the menu bar, click Administration Dashboard.
  3. Click the Session Information tab.
  4. In the Industry Track list, select the desired track.
    Note: If you have MA+, you can set a custom content schedule for industry specific or role-based content without selecting an industry track.
    The list of upcoming sessions updates to reflect the awareness track that you selected.
  5. Optional: To schedule delivery of industry track content:
    1. Under Actions, click > Schedule.
    2. On the Schedule Content Delivery page, select a delivery date for the content.
    3. Under Assign To select:
      • All Active Users — To send the content to all active users in your MA program.
      • Individual User — To send the content to a selected user in your MA program.
