Change your integration from CSV to Entra ID

If you currently manage users in your Arctic Wolf® Managed Security Awareness® (MA) program using a CSV file, you can change your integration to Microsoft Entra ID.

Note: The email address of a user is the unique identifier for users of the MA program. The user assignment and completion history data in the MA program automatically port during an integration change if the user's email stays the same. If you update your email domain or username format, please submit a ticket to notify Concierge Security® Team (CST) of the changes and request a user data migration.
  1. Register your Arctic Wolf integration.
  2. Assign permissions to your Arctic Wolf integration.
  3. Generate a client secret for your MA integration.
  4. Obtain the ID values for your MA integration.
  5. Identify existing groups for MA users
  6. Sign in to the MA Portal.
  7. Click Settings > User Management.
  8. On the User Integration page, click Reset Integration.
  9. In the dialog, click Yes.
    The New Integration page opens.
  10. In the Integration Type list, select Entra ID.
  11. Integrate your Entra ID or Microsoft 365 Active Directory credentials with MA.
  12. Test your connection and synchronize the credential changes in Entra or Microsoft 365 Active Directory with MA.
  13. Verify that intended users are active in the MA Portal.
