To share questions, create a pulse.
- Sign in to the Risk Dashboard.
- In the navigation menu, click Analytics.
- Click
Create, and then click New pulse.
- Enter a name for the pulse.
- Select the collection where you want to save your pulse.
- Select up to five questions to share.
- Under Email, enter:

The email addresses that you want to receive the pulse.

How often the pulse is sent out. This can be Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, set at a specific time of day UTC.
- If you do not want an email to be sent when there are no changes to the questions you have selected, select Skip if no results.
- Click Create pulse.
