Edit the custom schedule of ASAT content

You can edit the custom content schedule of awareness sessions, quizzes, phishing simulations, and remediation sessions. This enables you to modify the custom content you have previously scheduled to send to one or more users in your Aurora® Security Awareness and Training (ASAT) program.

These resources are required:

  • One of these:
    • An Aurora Security Awareness and Training Plus (ASAT+) license
    • A Compliance Content Pack (CCP) license
  1. Sign in to the ASAT Portal.
  2. In the menu bar, click Administrator Dashboard.
  3. On the Session Information tab, under Content Schedule locate the custom scheduled content to modify.
    Note: You can filter by scheduled content by clicking , and then select Scheduled from the Status menu.
  4. Under Actions, click > Edit.
  5. On the Schedule Content Delivery page, select a new delivery date.
  6. Under Assign To select:
    • All Active Users — To send the custom content to all active users in your ASAT program.
    • Individual User — To send the custom content to a selected users in your ASAT program.
  7. If you selected Individual User, select the checkboxes for the users you would like to send the content to.
  8. Click Update Schedule.
    A confirmation message appears confirming the title and new date the custom content will be sent.
