ASAT program administrator
During the initial setup of your Aurora® Security Awareness and Training (ASAT) program, ASAT configures an ASAT program administrator. Your administrator monitors the ASAT and maintains active users in the ASAT program. For the duration of your ASAT subscription, the ASAT program administrator must remain as an active user of the ASAT program to maintain access to the ASAT Portal.
The administrator can sign in to the ASAT Portal using the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal or a direct link to your organization’s ASAT Portal to perform these tasks:
- Configure and manage ASAT Portal program settings
- Review the overall success of active users in the program
- Submit tickets for any needs of the program, administrators, or users
- Monitor reports
- Review the upcoming schedule for the ASAT Portal program
