Enable or disable the cache

If you suspect that items stored in cache are corrupt or incomplete, you can clear the cache.
CAUTION: Clearing the cache removes all Endpoint Defense agent updates, Centroids, Global lists, and Policies.
- On the Status page, in the Cache Settings section, turn caching on or off.
- If you turned caching off, click Disable caching.
- To clear the cache:
- Click Clear Cache.
- Click Clear the cache.
