The CylanceHYBRID application is not communicating with the Aurora Endpoint Security management console

  • Make sure the CylanceHYBRID application is running.

  • If your network uses a firewall or proxy, make sure to allow all Endpoint Defense hosts for proper communication. For a list of Endpoint Defense hosts to allow, based on your region, see Aurora Endpoint Security network requirements.
