The legacy rule set includes detection rules in a category called Cylance Exclusions. You can enable these rules to allow selected processes to run without interference to ensure optimal system performance.

If you want to continue using the Cylance exclusion rules, you will need to import them to BDE as custom rules. To import the exclusion rules, see KB 42221084898203 where the rules are available to download as a .zip file. Extract the .json file and see Importing custom rules for instructions to import them into your BDE policy.
