Require users to provide a password to remove the Aurora Protect Desktop and Aurora Focus agents

You can require users to provide a password to uninstall the Aurora Protect Desktop agent for Windows and macOS, the Aurora Focus agent for Windows version 3.1 or later, and the Aurora Focus agent for macOS version 3.3 or later. Using this feature for the Aurora Focus agent for macOS also requires Aurora Protect Desktop version 3.1 or later.

  1. In the management console, on the menu bar, click Settings > Application.
  2. Select the Require Password to Uninstall Agent check box.
  3. Specify a password.
  4. Click Save.
