Remove OTP authentication for sign-in to the Endpoint Defense console

Tenants created in March 2024 or later require users to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) each time they log in to the Endpoint Defense console, but you can remove this requirement.

  1. Sign in to the Endpoint Defense console using your existing username and password and OTP.
  2. Remove the OTP authenticator from the Administration Console tenant policy.
  3. Sign in to the Endpoint Defense console and test the Endpoint Defense console password policy.
