View tasks

You can view tasks assigned to your organization or CST.

  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. Click Tasks to open the Tasks page.
  3. Click the appropriate tab, based on which tasks you want to view:

    • Your Outstanding Tasks — All tasks assigned to your organization in the Not Started, In Progress, or Paused states.

    • Organization Tasks — All tasks assigned to your organization.

    • Arctic Wolf Tasks — All relevant tasks assigned to your CST.

  4. Click a task to view details.

    Task details include instructions on how to complete the task, comments between your organization and CST regarding the task, and any attachments from the comments.

    Tip: For tasks related to SPiDRs, click on the link in the Source field to view the SPiDR Details page for that specific SPiDR. For more information on the SPiDR Details page, see View SPiDR details.
