You can enable or disable the Aurora Focus service only. The Aurora Protect service cannot be disabled. The Aurora Managed Endpoint Defense and On-Demand services are listed if they were purchased and enabled for a tenant, and they cannot be disabled.

1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
2. In the navigation menu, click Organization Profile > Aurora Endpoint Tenants.
3. Click the name of the tenant that you want to edit.
4. Click the toggle for the service that you want to enable or disable.
   If you disable the Aurora Focus service, there is a grace period of 30 days before the service is removed.
