Unified Portal Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Managed Risk, Managed Security Awareness® (MA), or Incident360 Retainer only Cyber Resilience Assessment data is stored in the same third-party data center location as specified in the product specific Supplemental Product Terms.
MDR or Managed Risk, plus MA, Incident360 Retainer, and/or Aurora Endpoint Security Cyber Resilience Assessment data is stored in the same third-party data center location as your MDR or Managed Risk data.
Aurora Endpoint Security only Cyber Resilience Assessment data is stored in third-party data center locations according to the data storage region you select:
  • If you select US, Frankfurt or ANZ as your Aurora Endpoint Security Data storage region — Cyber Resilience Assessment data is stored in the same third-party data center location.
  • If you select Canada, South America, or Japan as your Aurora Endpoint Security Data storage region — Cyber Resilience Assessment data is stored in the third-party data centers located in the United States.
Incident Response (IR) Planner

Unified Portal Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Managed Risk, Managed Security Awareness® (MA), or Incident360 Retainer only IR Planner data is stored in the same third-party data center location as specified in the product specific Supplemental Product Terms.
MDR or Managed Risk, plus MA, Incident360 Retainer, and/or Aurora Endpoint Security IR Planner Data is stored in the same third-party data center location as your MDR or Managed Risk data.
Aurora Endpoint Security only IR Planner data is stored in third-party data center locations according to the data storage region you select:
  • If you select US, Frankfurt or ANZ as your Aurora Endpoint Security data storage region — IR Planner data is stored in the same third-party data center location.
  • If you select Canada, South America, or Japan as your Aurora Endpoint Security data storage region — IR Planner data is stored in the third-party data centers located in the United States.
