If you lose the webhook token or if you think it has been compromised, you must generate a new one and update the information that you provided to the third-party integration provider. You can choose to revoke access to the old token immediately. Otherwise, Arctic Wolf continues to ingest data for a 7-day period before we revoke access to the old token.
- Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
- In the navigation menu, click .
- Next to the account that you want to generate a new token for, click View Account.
- On the Account Information page, click Generate New Token.
- Optional: In the Generate New Token window, select the Revoke existing token now checkbox to revoke access to the old token.
Note: If you think that your token has been compromised, revoke access immediately. Data ingestion will stop.
- Click Generate New Token.
- In the Generate New Token window, click Revoke & Generate New Token.
- On the Account Information page, copy the token and URL to a safe, encrypted location.
You must update everything that used the revoked token with the new token and URL.
