Refresh Abnormal Cloud Email Security credentials

When your Abnormal Cloud Email Security® API token expires, create a new one and resubmit it to Arctic Wolf®.

These resources are required:

  • Administrator access to the Abnormal Portal

Rotate the API token

  1. Sign in to the Abnormal Portal.
  2. Click Settings > Integrations.
  3. In the API Token Management section, find the previous API token that you created for Arctic Wolf, and then click Rotate.
  4. For the token expiration period, select the value that meets your organizational security requirements.
  5. Click Rotate Token.
  6. Copy the token value to a safe, encrypted location to provide to Arctic Wolf later.

Update Active Response credentials

  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Organization Profile > Integrations.
  3. Make sure that you are on the Active Response tab.
  4. Optional: Filter the list of integrations.

  5. For the account that you want to update, click Actions > View Integration.
  6. On the Integration page, click Edit Settings.
  7. In the appropriate field, enter the API token.
  8. Click Save Changes.
