Aurora MDR Connect
Aurora MDR Connect is a tier of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) that provides Arctic Wolf security operations and integrations to MSPs without requiring them to maintain their own SOC.
Built on the Aurora® Superintelligence Platform, MDR Connect runs on the same Aurora Agentic SOC and detection engine as the standard MDR solution. Arctic Wolf monitors and triages security alerts while the MSP partner manages the end-customer relationship. MDR Connect supports security telemetry without requiring hardware sensors.
MDR Connect requires technical validation before deployment and is available in the US, CAN, EMEA, and ANZ regions.
What's included in the subscription
Under the MDR Connect service model, Arctic Wolf operates the SOC on behalf of the partner to triage and respond to alerts, while the MSP partner owns the end-customer relationship, communications, remediation, and ongoing tuning and configuration. Arctic Wolf does not directly engage with end customers.
