What's included in the subscription

Under the service model, Arctic Wolf operates the SOC on behalf of the partner to triage and respond to alerts, while the MSP partner owns the end-customer relationship, communications, remediation, and ongoing tuning and configuration. Arctic Wolf does not directly engage with end customers.
