Customize ASAT emails using private labeling

You can customize the email sender name and company display name on Aurora® Security Awareness and Training (ASAT) email templates by enabling private labeling within the Administration Dashboard.

By default, the sender of ASAT emails appear as:

  • Email Sender Name — Aurora Security Awareness and Training
  • Company Display Name — Aurora Security Awareness and Training Team

The session emails sent to users include the company display name in the signature of session emails and in the ASAT Portal page header. The name of the sender displays on the individual emails in an inbox. You can modify the private label in these ways:

To preview email templates with your private labeling, see View ASAT email templates.

Note:
  • The customized name appears in the signature, but you cannot customize the body of the email signature.
