Note: To close tickets that you did not create or that you are not a recipient of, you must have the required permissions. If you require a higher level of access, view your Organization Profile and ask a primary contact.
- Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
- In the navigation menu, click .
- Find the ticket that you want to respond to.
- Click the Subject or Ticket # of the ticket.
- In the Ticket Action section, in the list, select one of these options:
- Close and manage alert
- Close with comment
- Close
Note:
- Only primary and secondary contacts can see the Close and manage alert option. If you require this level of access, submit your request to a primary or secondary contact in your organization.
- The Close and manage alert option only appears for alerts.
- If you selected Close and manage alert:
- In the Rule Type list, do one of these actions:
- If you selected an alert configuration, use the rule builder to update the alert configuration.
- If applicable, in the comment box, enter your request and provide relevant details.
- Click Close Ticket.
